HustleBazar is a multi-tenant e-commerce platform that enables merchants to create and manage their own online stores. This policy covers both the platform's service delivery and the shipping guidelines for products sold through HustleBazar-powered stores.

1. Platform Service Delivery

Store Provisioning

When you sign up as a merchant, your online store is created instantly — including your subdomain, database, and admin dashboard. There is no waiting period. Your store is live and accessible within seconds of completing registration.

Platform Availability

  • HustleBazar targets 99.9% uptime for all stores and services.
  • Our servers are hosted on Hetzner Cloud with redundant infrastructure.
  • SSL certificates are automatically provisioned for all subdomains and custom domains.
  • Planned maintenance windows are communicated via email in advance when possible.

Custom Domains

Custom domain setup typically takes effect within minutes once DNS records are properly configured. SSL certificate issuance is automatic. Full DNS propagation may take up to 48 hours depending on your domain registrar.

2. Product Shipping (For Store Customers)

Shipping policies are set by individual merchants on their stores. HustleBazar does not ship products directly. However, we recommend merchants follow these guidelines:

Shipping Timeframes

  • Processing time: 1-3 business days after order placement (varies by merchant).
  • Domestic delivery (Pakistan): 3-7 business days depending on location.
  • International delivery: 7-21 business days depending on destination country and customs clearance.
  • Merchants should clearly state their processing and delivery times on their storefront.

Shipping Methods

Merchants may offer various shipping options depending on their logistics setup:

  • Standard shipping
  • Express or priority shipping
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) — available in supported regions
  • Free shipping (at the merchant's discretion, often for orders above a minimum amount)

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are determined by the merchant and displayed during checkout. HustleBazar does not charge any shipping fees. All shipping fees shown at checkout are set by and collected by the merchant.

Order Tracking

Merchants who provide tracking information will update the order status in their admin dashboard. Customers receive email notifications when their order status changes (e.g., shipped, delivered, cancelled).

3. Order Status Notifications

HustleBazar automatically sends email notifications to customers at key stages of the order lifecycle:

  • Order Confirmed — sent immediately after a successful order placement, includes items, totals, and shipping address.
  • Order Shipped — sent when the merchant marks the order as shipped.
  • Order Delivered — sent when the merchant confirms delivery.
  • Order Cancelled — sent if the order is cancelled, with refund details if applicable.
  • Payment Verified — sent after successful payment confirmation via any gateway.

4. Undeliverable Orders

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or other reasons, the merchant will attempt to contact the customer. If the issue cannot be resolved, the order may be returned to the merchant and a refund may be issued per the merchant's return policy.

5. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If a shipment is lost or arrives damaged, customers should contact the store directly within 7 days of the expected delivery date. The merchant is responsible for filing claims with their shipping carrier and offering the customer a replacement or refund.

6. International Orders

For international orders, customers may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by their country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total shown at checkout. HustleBazar and the merchant are not responsible for customs delays or additional charges.
